THERMALOCK STRAIN GAUGES
Thermalock has been developed over the last 10 years for the F1 motor-sport industry . Its small compact design and high performance make it ideal for measuring loads on push-rods , damper tops ,wishbones-and track rods .
The system can be installed in two forms . either with the electronics designed into the part its self , or in the first sensors unique ASL/ASU style packaging .
First sensors offer a full design service for push-rods and has worked in conjunction with teams to achieve the best from there designs . A in house FEA service is available where required to achieve optimum thermal performance .
The high thermal performance that is achieved with system is due to the specially designed and patented strain gauge design . that actually measures the the temperature of the strain gauge its self .
The built in high precision temperature sensor can be offered as a output where required for greater accuracy.
